Quotes. Quotes are fixed and in writing, valid for 30 days. The figure quoted is the figure invoiced unless you change the job, in which case a revised figure is agreed in writing before work continues.
Measure-ups. Measure-ups and samples are free and carry no obligation.
Materials and workmanship. We install the grass you selected from samples; natural variation between production batches can occur. Workmanship issues reported promptly are made good without quibble.
Site. We leave gardens tidy: excavated turf, soil and offcuts leave with us (ask us to leave offcuts if you want them for future repairs — it is a good idea). Please tell us about services, irrigation lines or cables you know about under the lawn.
Payment. Payment terms are stated on the quote. No deposits are taken on standard domestic work unless materials are special-order.
